A bright, intense red wine. Aromas of ripe fruit, perfectly combining the nuance of oak, with spicy notes and a toasted touch.
The grapes used to make this wine come from ungrafted vineyards that are over thirty years old, with a yield per vine of less than one kilo. The grapes were harvested in boxes with a capacity of fourteen kilos of grapes.
In the winery they are checked and selected, and carefully treated during the crushing process. The vatting lasted three weeks, in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 10,000 litres, with temperature control and frequent pumping over during fermentation and more spaced out as it was finishing and until the end of the maceration phase. After racking and malolactic fermentation, it was subjected to a short period of ageing; To do this, the wine was placed in new American oak barrels (2/3) and French oak (1/3) in April. After this time, it was bottled, and the bottles remained in the same air-conditioned warehouse until they were sold.
