A bright, intense red wine. Aromas of ripe fruit, perfectly combining the nuance of oak, with spicy notes and a toasted touch.
Sabatacha Crianza
It is made with Monastrell grapes from old vineyards and harvested by hand, the grapes are selected upon arrival at the winery. Ideal to accompany rice, stews, legumes, mushrooms, meat stews, cold cuts, assorted roasts, short-curing cheeses, white and red meats, barbecue.
The wine was aged for one week in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 10,000 litres, with temperature control and pumping over. After racking and malolactic fermentation, it was subjected to a short ageing period of 3 months; for this, the wine was placed in new American oak barrels (2/3) and French oak (1/3).
TASTING
A bright, intense red wine. Aromas of ripe fruit, perfectly combining the nuance of oak, with spicy notes and a toasted touch. Powerful, with complex sensations: smooth, taste of ripe red fruit, with tannins, velvety and with a fruit aftertaste. Long and very pleasant final sensation.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany rice, stews and red and white meats. Harmonizes with roasted fish, pasta and cured cheeses, sausages and legumes. Pasta, salads and ideal to accompany appetizers or drink it alone.
CONSERVATION AND CONSUMPTION
The appropriate storage and consumption temperature to fully enjoy this wine should be around 15ºC.
