It is made with Monastrell grapes from old vineyards and harvested by hand, the grapes are selected upon arrival at the winery. Ideal to accompany rice, stews, legumes, mushrooms, meat stews, cold cuts, assorted roasts, short-curing cheeses, white and red meats, barbecue.
Grapes are harvested from the oldest vineyards, the workers must harvest by hand to ensure enough freshness. Grapes are fermented in 220 liter oak barrels at a temperature of 20ºc – 22 ºc for 6 months
The wine is cherry red, almost black plum, intense. Aromas of ripened dark fruits from the Monastrell variety and spicy aromas of oak wood. A sweet sensation, full-bodied tannins, elegant and delicious finish in the mouth
